Step 1

Edit your contact information.

  1. Add or remove optional information
  2. Gender pronouns

    Add/remove cell number

    Add/remove fax number

  3. Click Edit Mode button to personalize your contact information
  4. Turn off Edit Mode before moving to Step 2

Step 2

Click this button to copy your signature to the clipboard.

Do not manually highlight and copy.

Step 3

Open Outlook and create a signature.

PC Outlook instructions

  1. File > Options > Mail > Signatures
  2. Click "New" and name your signature
  3. Paste into the content area
  4. Save and use it

Mac Outlook instructions

  1. Outlook Menu > Preferences > Email > Signatures
  2. Double click "Untitled" and name your signature
  3. Paste into the content area
  4. Save and use it
